Six New Recordings

Maton 225
These acoustic recordings are done with one microphone in my room. I was trying it the old way, I kind of like it. Lazy was recorded in the same way during a rehearsal for a garden gig. Acoustic guitar, Kerri on Double bass and Jon on Snare and tambourine. There are mistakes and not everything is really clear but it swings along quite nicely.

Live RecordingsOctober 2005

Hannover, Capitol 2005

On Saturday 15th October 2005, Wig, John and myself drove in my car to Capitol in Hannover, Germany to support The Jinxs.

By lucky chance I had a blank Mini Disc with me. Juergen, the son, the sound man popped it in and pressed record for us. The first two songs of the set are missing but with that also is the big mess of broken guitar so maybe that's not such a bad thing.

There are a few drop outs in some of the songs so don't worry if all goes silent for a moment and Butterfly ends early. However it was a great night and the disc came out really well despite the drop outs so here we are. I hope you enjoy them.

If you'd like to see more pictures of the day

DON'T PANIC

When you click on these live tracks they will take you into a third party site.

All that you're likely to catch from this site is a bed sore, perhaps some mites, a strange red ring of blisters in the arm pit along with sneezing before an untimely demise, an egg, Bert and Ernies yellow skin and maybe a bed head stick up that will never lay flat upon your head again regardless of the amount of spit that your Gran puts on her comb.

The third party is infact Pog. Kerri and I play Bass and Drums respectively in Pog, you may interested to visit the Pog website properly, if so...

I would like to point out that the list of ailments above are nothing to do with Pog especially the egg. Although I love a good egg, I would hate to be accused of spreading slanderous gossip as we all know that, "EGGS AREN'T VEGAN!"

Subject to further in house investigation it would appear that all members of Pog do indeed enjoy a good egg.
